We stay compliant with all state and federal codes/laws to ensure a smooth process from start to finish, offer free workplace safety consulting, train employees to work toward a zero injury workplace, and build familiarity with our customers.
Our temporary employees work on an hourly basis at a customer’s facility to fulfill both short-term, long-term, and seasonal project needs. In some cases we can provide the entire workforce, simplifying personnel needs as much as possible.
After a specific probationary, our customers may hire their temporary employee without a fee, however, should the customer choose to hire the temporary worker before the probationary period is completed there is a pro-rated charge based off the remaining probationary hours remaining for the employee and the markup. There is a minimum of 4 hour requirement for each temporary employee per day. If you are not satisfied with an employee we’ve sent you within the first two hours of service, we will replace that employee at no fee to you. If we are notified by the end of the day we can have a different employee ready for you by the next day.
